Boscastle is a sleepy harborside village that experienced the most devastating flood in Britain in 2004. Residents of the town have spent years putting their home back together, and many properties have been completely refurbished. The new visitor’s center is located by the harbor. The town’s main attraction is the quirky Museum of Witchcraft which houses the world’s largest collection of witch-related memorabilia. Among its artifacts are spooky voodoo dolls, wooden witch mirrors, enchanted skulls, and a cast-iron witch’s bridle designed to extract confessions from suspected witches.
